Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms set out below. We aim to handle all returns fairly and efficiently.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.
Incomplete returns cannot be processed.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags and brand labels attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Show no signs of damage, wear, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns where items appear used, damaged, or mishandled due to customer actions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will proceed as follows:
- Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer, as posting times may vary
- Contact your bank, as internal processing delays can occur
If you have completed these steps and the refund has still not appeared, please contact our customer support team.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns must be sent with a valid tracking number
Mandatory Return Requirements
To ensure your return can be processed, you must:
- Ship the return (at your own expense)
- Print and include the completed return form inside the parcel
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition
- Return the item in its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

We will review your case and send you a replacement or a corrected item.
