Exchange and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the ordered goods, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Please send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If the form is not fully completed, we cannot process your return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with tags and brand labels attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to reject returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged without our fault.
Refund
Once the product has arrived at our warehouse, it will be replaced as soon as possible, or the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
Shipping and Handling
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Obligation to Process Returns
Products such as underwear, tights, hair cream, etc., are not subject to the hygienic return policy of Zephoria-London.com. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
Return Requirements
- Provide the return with a tracking code (at your own cost).
- Send a photo of the tracking code by email on the day of shipping.
- The return form must be printed and attached to the package.
- The product must be shipped in unused condition.
- The product must be delivered in the original packaging.
- The product will be checked for damage caused by the customer, and therefore the delivery of a damaged product caused by your own actions will not be accepted.
- If the above conditions are not met, the return will not be processed.
